When there's no substitution for a wired connection, like when someone wants a switch or a network attached storage (NAS) device, powerline network connections are a viable alternative. Plaster Network's PLN3 Powerline AV Adapter enables installers to retrofit existing homes with networking connectivity to facilitate Web-enabled content such as BD Live and streaming media.
The device features dual Ethernet ports, a one-button reset function, 128-bit AES security capabilities and up to 200Mbps throughput.
