Pandora Media Inc., which claims 80 million registered users of its Pandora Internet radio service, has filed a S-1 form with the SEC to raise $100 million in an initial public offering. Remember this editorial I wrote last year? In the piece, titled “Be the Content Pro,” I suggested integrators qualify their customers not by the products they desire but by the content they enjoy. Leading up to tonight's event, TiVo touted that "Inventing the DVR was just a warm-up."
