I bought something from Woot! for the first time – a Roomba robotic vacuum cleaner. Crestron has donated a home theater to the Wounded Warriors Battalion — East at Camp Lejeune in N.C., home to 130 marines who are recovering from injuries. Integrator Jay Dobensky and his crew from Wolcott, Conn.-based Advanced Home Audio & Video recently traveled to a U.S.O. center at Camp Virginia, a military base in Kuwait that's just outside of Iraq. The CE pros spent eight days installing donated furniture and equipment, completing a home theater, a video game room, a music room and a communications room (with Internet and telephone booths).
