It wasn't that long ago that I had to manage the content stored on my iPod and first-generation iPhone. Apple iTunes stemmed its decline in market share for Internet video on demand (iVOD) in the first half of 2011. Its share was up slightly from the same period in 2010 -- from 64.9% to 65.8%. The service still swallows its competitors, but Walmart's Vudu -- now the No. 3 iVOD service -- is coming on strong.
