Iogear announced at CES 2012 its Wireless 3D Media Kit (GW3DMKIT) with four HDMI inputs and one component input, allowing up to five components to be placed without wires running to the display or projector. Iogear says the Wireless 3D Media Kit can stream content up to 100 feet through standard walls, enabling multi-room scenarios, using the Wireless Home Digital Interface (WHDI) standard, which can deliver video rates of up to 1080p in the 5Ghz unlicensed band.
