IAVI will acquire "substantial assets" of Visual Solutions Distributing (VSDI), a distributor of display systems and complete audio-visual solutions reseller. IAVI will take on VSDI's sales and engineering staff, which it says will help it better serve the needs of CE Pros seeking specialized solutions. ”We will do our best to make the transaction smooth, expeditious and profitable for you," says IAVI president Wade Gilbert.
