If you watch the TLC show "Cake Boss," you know how they do it at Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey. But at home, boss Buddy Valastro wants to relax and let his control system do some of the work in the $1.3 million, 7,000-square-foot New Jersey residence. Elan Home Systems has introduced two system controllers to its family of on-wall, can-mount, and rack-mount controller series that feature integrated serial ports, IR ports, relays, sense inputs, and audio outputs.
