Best Buy accidentally listed a 52-inch Samsung HDTV on its Web site for $9.99 on Wednesday. The TV normally costs $1,700 with a $70 shipping fee. This sent consumers who saw the price into a frenzy, with some consumers picking up 10 of the TVs.
