Last year, some big companies from cable, CE and TV broadcasting launched HANA, an alliance promoting HD video over a 1394 network with DTCP protection. But didn’t a similar group, DLNA, promise to do the same, but using IP instead? Sort of. Staving off a battle, PulseLink will demo at CES multiple 1394 and IP streams sharing one coax, complying with HANA & DLNA. View this story
