There was a great question asked by Steve Gutenberg of The Audiophiliac website: Are there young audiophiles?

He asks if the “new” audiophiles will come from music-loving techies, the children of current audiophiles (they breed?), rich folks with money to spend, or computer audio geeks?

We’ve been saying for years that the generation listening to Britney Spears and boy bands is a “lost generation” in terms of audio. I am not sure I see anything on the horizon to turn that around.
