ASCAP Issues for commercial installs - Pandora?

Can I install a device in a commercial installation that receives Pandora music? (i.e. the Samsung 1600 Blu Ray player or something similar)

Are there issues with ASCAP licensing with a device like this?

NO. Pandora is for personal use only. There will be licensing issues with anything you put in a commercial facility.
You might want to check out http://www.xm4biz.com/
All of the licensing issues are handled by them.

Pandora also limits listening to 40 hours a month, so beyond the commercial use issues, the customer will simply run out of listening time after a week or less.
