Client does not want to go for Auton due to cost and will forego motorized swivel on a 32” LCD at the foot of the bed.

Any good products out there that meet these specs?

Our company, Lift-Tech, has manufactured up/down motorized lifts with a manual swivel for large hotel jobs. Inca makes them.  http://www.inca-tvlifts.com They advertise in CE Pro.

They aren’t inexpesive and you need to be a dealer.  Like most lift manufacturers, you buy the lift, then have to have a cabinet built around it.
