I’m starting my company in November, and have a few years in the field, but we plan (and already have) 4 full-time sales associates, plus 2 more full-time installers, and in addition we partnered with another company with 180 installers. I believe this should help cover our sales, as well as installs, especially since my 2 installers will only be doing our home automation programming.
