Hi,

We are currently looking at Colorado VNet to replace multiple manufacturers for lighting control - climate control and whole house music/video distribution system. We are looking for feedback from current Colorado VNet integrators - good/bad experience, etc.

Thanks,

I have only had a bad CF card. So far we have not experienced any failures. It is a mature lighting control product but I think the audio side needs a bit more work to compete with other systems on the market. Most likely they will be addressed in a software upgrade.

Colorado vNet is a cost effective approach with sophistacated looks and a intuitive user interface.

In regard to the sound, selecting the proper speakers allow the music to be clean and enjoyable.

With the new CCTV upgrade, the system is now complete.  Sophistication, multi-system controls, music and the functional “wow” factor of color video on each touchscreen.

Support and service are excellent.  I highly recommend the system.

I agree. A great system overall, software updates continue to expand the potential and opportunity for upgrades. Great customer response and no system problems once up, stays up.

Simple, elegant, and expandable. Great product to sell, install and build on.

I definitely recommend considering Colorado vNet for automation.

I highly recommend that you also read some of the other forums concerning CVN.  I have a very very different opinion of their products, and will leave it at that.

EvoHome,

Your reference to other forums does not mean that you have stated an opinion. From what I have read there are a few flames but none of them really state there is a problem with the products. We get great support and have found it to be a reliable and well designed product.

Can someone direct me to other forums that discuss CVN’s products?
