We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated and team-oriented individual for a Sales Account Manager position based in the following areas:Denver, Mid-Atlantic, NYC, North Los Angeles,NorthernCA, and thePacific Northwest. In this key position, you will be responsible for planning, developing and managing our custom electronics audio visual (A/V) dealer relationships to promote and install Kaleidescape Systems in their installed base as well as on their new residential projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prospect, develop, educate, and support custom electronics A/V dealers to increase their awareness and mindshare for Kaleidescape Systems.
  • Increase Kaleidescape’s sales in the region through training and end-user events by dealers within the sales territory.
  • Initiate and build strong sales relationships with key residential architects, interior designers, and whole-house automation programmers for Crestron, AMX and others.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing programs customized to meet the needs of the sales territory.
  • Effectively communicate internally dealer requirements and end-user feedback.
  • Attend end-user events to assist dealers in promoting Kaleidescape products, including dealer seminars, boat shows, individual client demonstrations, etc.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A proven track record of industry experience and outstanding sales achievement.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the custom installation and home networking industry.
  • Proven success developing and executing sales programs that promote products to residential systems dealers, custom installers and A/V system integrators.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with national and regional organizations such as CEDIA, HTSA,PARA, etc.
