Responsibilities:
Resolve customer technical issues, provide telephone, email and on-site technical assistance. Assist customers in the utilization of repair service and warranty programs. Investigate and analyze product performance and trends. This person will be supporting a diverse range of products including: video/audio processors, video/audio switchers, and video/audio distribution amplifiers, cables.
Need to have excellent troubleshooting skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills, PC proficient. Bachelor’s degree in electronics or electrical technology or its equivalent. Three years technical support and training experience in Video, Audio or related fields.
Computer Skills:
MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and other related software programs.
