SSP-0600 is a multifunctional matrix switcher and integrated controller. Supporting 6 card slots, this flexible design allows it to be field upgraded by adding audio and video processing modules, or audio and video input/output modules based on the needs of your installations. Audio and video switching, and audio/video processing features are based on specific configurations and available by ordering the appropriate optional modules. Based on the modular design, up to 12 x 12 1080p60 HD video switching, or up to 24 x 24 line-level audio only switching is supported per SSP-0600. It also supports HDMI 1.4 and supports 3D stereoscopic signal formats, and is HDCP complaint. SSP-0600 provides audio processing by adding the optional Surround Sound module. This world-class audio processing module supports surround sound decoding, and matrix processing including the most popular Dolby (and DTS decoders. It supports up to 3 surround zones and up to 24 stereo zones. Additionally, this versatile audio video-processing module enables audio mixing and overlay capabilities useful for applications requiring audio alerts and cues SSP-0600 provides video processing on a per port basis, which is unique to the industry, and up to 6 TrueCommand On-Screen Displays can be driven by the SSP-0600.

The modular and scalable design allows SSP-0600 to be upgraded by adding audio and/or video processing modules, and/or audio and video input and output modules, and readily scaled. Modular systems not only allow for multiple signal types (analog and digital) the and allows the system integrators to select AV input and output, and audio and video processing modules individually to meet the demands of their installations.
