URC Debuts Online Return Goods Authorization Tool
New online portal from Universal Remote Control allows integrators to track the status of their returns without having to call tech support.
Universal Remote Control, Inc. (URC) today unveiled an online Return Goods Authorization (RGA) tool that will save its dealers both time and peace of mind.
An RGA number is the ID number that is used to track return authorization, receipt, processing and disposition of URC products. Until now, dealers who wanted to check the status of their returns had to call URC Tech Support for an update.
Now dealers can check the status of an RGA instantly, online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The URC Online RGA tool is simple, secure and convenient, and it eliminates the wasted time spent with phone calls to Tech Support.
The product return status can be checked by going to this portal on the URC Web site and inputting the RGA number. http://www.urcmx.com/release/RA/rgastatus.html and input the RGA number. It’s that easy!
