Show Clients Proposals on Your iPad with Salez Toolz App
Sales process software has reached into the 21st Century with the Salez Toolz iPad app. Seriously, how bad does it look for an integrator to walk into a customer’s home carrying a clipboard and pencil these days?
Salez Toolz is designed to let customers see the proposal being built. Dealers tend to offer multiple complex systems with an array of variables. Customers do their best to keep up with verbal descriptions but can easily be confused. Often, the one thing they understand is price. With the iPad app, you can show them as you go how different choices along the way will affect the cost estimate.
Of course, even after explaining the costs of an installation, integrators might get a vague response. It then takes several days to create a proposal for the customer. Customers go right to the bottom line and are always shocked (even though it’s within the price range you gave them).
Salez Toolz allows the customer to visually track the product categories and see how his choices affect the budget total and immediately modify those choices. No surprises, and you'll even impress clients with your iPad savvy.

The Sales Toolz booth at CEDIA never seemed to lack traffic, despite its off to the left and towards the back location.
I happened by the booth a couple times and theye were slammed each time.
Mark is not exaggerating the response of most integrators I witnessed integrators going through the demonstrations. Nearly everyone smiled and nodded along with Mark and Susan as they showed them how the product can save countless hours of engineering and re-engineering jobs that have not even been sold yet.
As a sales person by trade myself, it seems that an iPad based quote, that can be tailored to budget on the fly, to get a check and a system engineering agreement on the spot, is an invaluable tool.
Not only does it help close the sale, it frees up time to sell the next job.
Best,

After CEDIA we had such a great response, while dealers are buying both the laptop/desktop version, the iPad app has been a huge success.
I think dealers are getting the fact you need to close the sale before you spend any time engineering. This isn’t a new model, just new to our industry, but it works well.
