05.14.2009 — Sanus Systems is launching its Designer Series of AV component stands.

The new series, part of the AV Foundations furniture line, consists of the DFAV30, a four-shelf component stand, and the three-shelf DFV49 lowboy.

Each unit has mocha-finished hardwood legs and smoke tempered glass for the tops, sides, shelves and doors.

The DFAV30 has six removable back panels and supports up to 37-inch TVs. The DFV49, meanwhile, has four removable back panels and handles TVs up to 52-inches.

Other features for both units:

• Cable management system for concealing and routing wires
• Adjustable hinges for movement and alignment
• A convection cooling system that allow heat to escape through the top

The DFAV30 and DFV49 will both ship in May.
