Paradigm Launches SHIFT Direct-to-Consumer Brand
With the new line of SHIFT products from Paradigm, dealers now have access to a full line of computer audio and mobile audio solutions that are priced at reasonable levels.
The newly introduced Paradigm SHIFT line of products includes a choice of ear buds and powered speakers that provide computer audio and mobile device users a choice of good-sounding and affordable audio components.
Paradigm is one of the most popular and respected North American-based manufacturers in the world of consumer electronics. Recently the Canadian company announced that it has launched its new Paradigm SHIFT website.
Paradigm says that with the launch of its new direct-to-consumer SHIFT line of products it is applying its 30 years of engineering experience to deliver the public a choice affordable high-end, quality audio-on-the-go audio components that fits today's mobile lifestyle.
“From concept to completion, Paradigm SHIFT has been designed to cultivate a new audience for our dealers,” states Mark Aling, director of marketing for Paradigm. “The younger generation has been raised on digital music and they live a connected life. Our tagline, ‘For the way you play’ embraces today’s individual approach to entertainment, whether that is personal audio, video gaming, DJing, you name it.”
Through the introduction of the SHIFT line of products, Paradigm has built a choice of audio solutions that keep inline with Paradigm's philosophy that good sound matters. Aling points out that at this point, most of the market has not delivered in this category (computer audio/digital audio), and that today’s on-the-go audio products may look great but sound quality is disappointing. Paradigm's goal in developing the line of powered speakers and earbuds is that audio should sound as good as it looks and the step up into a quality audio solution shouldn't come with a high price tag.
“For our dealers and their customers, SHIFT is filling a niche in the market that has long been overlooked. With better audio comes a better experience," explains Aling. "With a better experience comes the realization that good sound matters and suddenly a whole new generation is listening."
Paradigm SHIFT will be sold by authorized Paradigm dealers nationwide, as well as on the SHIFT online store.
The Paradigm SHIFT E1, E2m and E3m stereo earbuds are designed for portable music, computers and gaming, and they are available now at a U.S. FMV (fair market value) of $49, $79 and $129 each respectively.
The Paradigm SHIFT A2 powered speaker is an active speaker solution that incorporates a built-in amplifier and digital signal processing. It is engineered for use as a stand alone, single-enclosure stereo speaker solution or it can be purchased in pairs to serve as a left/right audio system with iPods/iPhones/iPads, personal music players, desktop computers, mix decks, video-game consoles, guitars, keyboards, TVs and more. It is available for a U.S. FMV of $279/each for the ash black grain and $329 each for vermillion red gloss, polar white gloss, gunmetal gray gloss and storm black satin.
