Panamax/Furman to Pay IPRO Dues for Successful Reps
Company will pay up to $500 toward dues for Independent Professional Representatives Organization for its sales reps who hit goals.
In one of the most unique sales incentive programs in the industry, Panamax/Furman has announced it will pay its reps up to $500 toward their dues or education in the Independent Professional Representatives Organization (IPRO) if they hit their sales target.
Raymond Wright, executive director at IPRO, lauded the program, saying, "This is a very innovative and progressive program that demonstrates true industry leadership. We hope that other manufacturers will follow Panamax/Furman's lead with similar initiatives of their own."
IPRO is a nonprofit organization consisting of professional reps and their companies nationwide that provide direct sales and marketing services to the consumer electronics industry. Established in 1988, IPRO provides its members with access to sales, marketing, and management tools through conferences, networking, research, and educational opportunities.
"IPRO is an important organization that not only contributes to the education and professionalism of consumer electronics sales reps, but also strengthens the relationship between rep and manufacturer. Ultimately, this benefits dealers and integrators and their customers," says Jimmy Paschke, director of custom install sales at Panamax/Furman. "We encourage all of our reps to participate in the organization, as we do as a manufacturer, and are pleased to offer this new initiative to make it even easier. All they have to do is hit their sales target, and we will be happy to send that payment directly to IPRO on their behalf."
