Motorize Your TV Cabinet Doors with Chief’s CM6

The motorized systems moves doors or panels horizontally or vertically with the push of a button.

So you want that really big TV and you don't want to mount it on the wall. Nor do you want to look at it all day when you're watching it. But stick it behind cabinet doors, and you have to physically open those doors every time you want to catch a ball game. What a pain.

Chief Manufacturing makes it so you don't have to get up off the couch to watch the TV.

The CM6 series features motorized door-opening mechanisms for a variety of cabinets. Just press a single button on a remote control. Bring your own woodwork.

All products in the series feature:

  • Integrated safety control stops the motor if the door meets an obstruction

  • Available in standard track length or customized to specific installation needs

  • Integrated lighting control that automatically activate lights as the doors move

  • Modular rack and pinion drive for ultra quiet operation

  • Motor and power supply are pre-assembled onto the track for quick and easy installation

  • Voltage Options: 115v and 600w max for lighting

  • 3rd party control connection using 8 position RJ45 modular phone jack

CM6 Products

  • CM6-QH moves 4 doors or panels horizontally

  • CM6-SV moves a single door or panel vertically

  • CM6-DH (shown) moves 2 doors or panels horizontally

  • CM6-DV moves 2 doors or panels vertically

Would like to know how much a two door horizontal sliding system runs? Trying to cover up a 40 inch tv, will be mounting a vintage painted japanese screen (cutting it in half and only weighs 5lbs to act like my doors) to hide the tv, think this is a cool idea but cant find a reasonable cost, any ideas?

Hi,
I am looking to install a system to raise a picture vertically to expose a TV in the cavity behind it. The Tv is in the dining room where we do not want a TV visible so we were thinking in maybe putting a picture in front of it and whn we need the TV we can press a button to expose it.

Can you please send me information on products that will do. I am in Australia so can you send me prices aswell and shipping details.

Cheers
Adrian
