Steve is still extremely involved in the sales organization, but he wanted to spend more time selling (I mean, have you seen the guy in action?) and less time doing mgmt and admin. That is now being handled by Kevin McPherson. Steve is still the EH Publishing sales animal and you can rely on him for everything that he has always done in the past.
Sounds fishy, like politicians saying “they want to spend more time with the family”!
ha ha, it may sound like that, but if you know Steve, you know he’s a much better salesman than he is admin.
Give him a call. It was absolutely his idea to be a full-time sales animal.
So, Steve Nesbitt has decided that rather than be the Publisher of a leading trade magazine, he’d rather be ” a full-time sales animal”? Is this a lateral job move?
Not sure why you are so incredulous. I’m sure Steve isn’t the only salesperson that would rather meet with customers than shuffle paper and manage people.
If you’re just having fun with this, great, but if you have serious questions, feel free to contact me or Steve or CEO Ken Moyes or Kevin McPherson directly.
Steve Nesbitt’s new business cards will have to be the size of license plates to fit his new job title!
Can some dealers tell me whether a trip to EHX will be worth it. I’m looking at a lot of airfare and hotel Exp.+ they will charge me to get in. Will it SUCK??
Worthit
I would go to get the certification for new epa rulings, for info on hdmi, and for other class options. If those don’t have value to you, don’t go.
Go if you’re interested in new opportunities like home health technology, digital content, recurring revenue, retrofit, etc. ... and also for some of the best CEDIA courses ever, all free with the EHX pass. Check your favorite mfrs for $50 off.

Is Steve Nesbitt still the Publisher of CEPro? His name is listed as only a ad salesman in the March Digital CEpro issue.
