Marshall Headphones Loud & Proud
Marshall’s new Major 50 FX headphones come with an Apple-certified microphone and remote that includes a volume control, and the company says the MSRP for the headphones is $170.
Marshall’s newest headphone product is the Major 50 FX. The company says the Major 50 FX is part of Marshall’s 50th anniversary celebration which also includes limited edition amplification products that mark specific eras within the company’s history. Marshall says the headphones deliver the same attributes as its famous amplifiers which includes punchy lows, clear midrange and higher than human highs. The headphones also incorporate an Apple-certified microphone and remote that allows for volume control, and Marshall stylizes the Major 50 FX’s with the same detailing used for the 50th Anniversary series of amplifiers. Some of those aesthetic elements include inner ear cap fret detailing, outer components trimmed in gold, headbands that stylistically resemble classic Marshall products, and the company adds, Marshall uses the same vinyl material that’s employed on its amplifiers.
Marshall states the headphones offer a full 20Hz to 20kHz frequency response and the product also comes with a canvas carrying case for transport and storage.
