Hitachi Adds CP-X2510 3LCD Projector to Business Line

Hitachi's Business Group has introduced the new CP-X2510 3LCD projector, a 7.9 lb unit designed for commercial applications.

The projector has a brightness of 2,600 lumens, 16 Watts of built-in audio and a contrast ratio of 2000:1.

Key features of the CP-X2510 include:

• Lamp life of 3,000 hours in Standard Mode and 6,000 hours in Eco Mode
• Noise rating of 29 dB in Eco Mode
• Hitachi's "My Buttons" function for programming buttons on the unit

"As presentation technology continues to evolve, end-users are increasingly looking for projectors that offer advanced clarity and ease of use," says John Glad, Product Manager, Hitachi Home Electronics (America), Inc., Business Group.

"The CP-X2510 offers these key selling points while also addressing the issues of long lamp life, security and low power consumption."

The projector also offers a Transition Detector for locking and unlocking the unit when it is moved from a fixed position, Closed Captioning functionality and PIN Lock and MyScreen options.
