CEDIA Names Executive Committee, Board of Directors for 2012-13

CEDIA has announced its volunteer executive committee and board of directors that will guide the association's initiatives for 2012-13. Two directors were voted in by CEDIA members and one director was appointed by the current board of directors.

CEDIA announced on Dec. 5, 2011 that it and Utz Baldwin had agreed to part ways. Baldwin's appointment three years ago was a first for CEDIA, which previously had no CEO position. The organization is changing its structure and has not indicated that it would replace Baldwin.

CEDIA COO Don Gilpin will assume a more active role under the direction of the board of directors.
