iBridge Connected Home, a division of Napco, will be exhibiting at CEDIA Expo 2014 in Booth 1184. Learn more about their products and educational training being offered.

What would you say to dealers who are already familiar with your product line?
iBridge Connected Home now takes affordable, professionally-installed smarthome security and automation services a step farther and also offers subscriber messaging/notifications/reminders delivered to accounts’ smartphones with new complementary iBridge Messenger SMS text notifications plus MMS multimedia messaging with video alerts, for 10-second pre and post video, without logging in elsewhere. iBridge Messenger is ideal for seeing events unfold – burglar alarms in progress, for seeing kids coming home and with whom, pool alerts/pool alarms, package deliveries made and/or stolen, etc.

What would you say to dealers who are stumbling across your company for the first time?
iBridge Connected Home is a hybrid HAaas with Cloud backup: a full suite of residential lifestyle services, including security, video, and z-wave automation of lights, climate, small appliances, customizable for any dealer/integrator and any homeowner budget. It offers the lowest equipment requirements (and cost) requiring a single bus-mount module that both controls z-wave and provides remote services, and a single free iBridge app supported on subscribers’ smart devices, for both Android and Apple platforms.

And there’s iBridge’s optional, award-winning WiFi, 7” low-profile android touchscreen, which mirrors the app plus offers web-browsing, photo-frame, weather and conveniently uses an on/off magnetic wall-mount/charging station or table-top stand, too. As simple and cost-effective as the iBridge Connected Home System is to use and install, it can still provide CE Pros’ sophisticated scenes with custom naming, auto-populated on UI screens, and automated schedules, as desired. It can be used on new system installations, as well as for retrofits, for simple to deploy service upgrades for adding remote services and convenience sizzle. For integrators’/dealer’s convenience, iBridge service calls and system adjustments can be made remotely from the integrator/dealer’s own smart device, saving time and truck rolls. All system settings, personalizations, configurations, scenes, etc are stored safely in the Cloud for peace-of-mind, backups and easy restorals.

If an integrator stops by your booth with only 5 minutes to spare, what’s the one product he should examine or one question he should ask?
Overall, how can he/she elevate their company image (marketing and branding) to better compete with large national companies and build their business? How he/she can have their company name branded within the iBridge app user interface and keep it in front of customers daily whenever they are looking at their premises on their smart device, and thus increase client retention and referrals? How can dealers/integrators also use the user interface as their own company media channel to post periodic customer news there, free referral programs, promotions, new offerings and/or service contact info, all on the iBridge Touchscreen? How they can provide excellent customer service without a truck roll, with iBridge’s remote virtual service calls via the app and add and/or delete scenes or devices, easier that way too? How can they safeguard all their iBridge Connected Home personalizations, schedules, settings, device configs, scenes and more for easy restorals or defaults, free, right from the Cloud? Lastly, how can they get in on a complete turn-key dealer program including, customized product, customized marketing, Google advertising co-op, support hotlines, preferred pricing, exclusive leads, and manufacturer certified trainings, from IP to tech to sales, etc. to build their business and brand, all free, as part of the new iBridge Connected Home Dealer Program?
