Bang & Olufsen Partners with Pakedge on Preconfigured Networking Solutions
Bang & Olufsen showrooms nationwide will offer thiree different pre-configured home networking A/V bundles from Pakedge using its Connect+ platform.
Under the partnership, Pakedge will offer three pre-configured, out-of-the-box bundles, based on its Connect+ platform in all Bang & Olufsen (B&O) showroom locations nationwide. Each bundle is a set of integrated system of switches, routers, wireless and software technologies, designed specifically to work with each other to deliver a seamless, scalable, and reliable multimedia network. The integrated wired and wireless Pakedge system aims to unify the customer’s B&O components, digital devices, and online services for a premium connected experience at home.

The three Pakedge bundles for Bang & Olufsen are:
Bundle One – Essential
A wired and wireless networking bundle that comprises of the Pakedge RE-1 4-port router, the S8P4e eight-port switch (with four power over Ethernet ports), and the W7 dual band, high-power wireless access point. It is ideal for homes requiring up to ten wired “plug and play” connections, four of which can be used to supply power to compatible devices such as cameras or touchpanels.
Bundle Two – Advanced
A wired and wireless networking bundle that comprises of the Pakedge K60D seven-port router, the S24P8av 24-port switch (with eight power over Ethernet ports), and the W7 dual band, high-power wireless access point. It is ideal for homes with a large number of devices that have complex integration needs and require traffic management, prioritization, and segmentation.
Bundle Three – Prestige
A wired and wireless networking bundle that comprises of the Pakedge K60D seven port router, the S24P8av twenty-four port switch, the W7 dual band, high power wireless access point and the BakPak Cloud Management System. The Pakedge Prestige system combines a high-performance network with a real-time monitoring, management and maintenance service.
