Atlona Releases Industrial Line 12x2, 16x2 HDMI Switchers
The switchers can connect 12 or 16 HDMI sources to two displays through dual HDMI outputs that support 1920x1200, 1080p and 3D settings.
Atlona Technologies has introduced new 12x2 and 16x2 HDMI switchers to its Atlona Industrial family line. The perfect solutions for boardrooms, classrooms, and other applications with limited display input options, the switchers provide a high-digital-performance connection between 12 (AT-HD-V12x2) or 16 (AT-HD-V16x2) HDMI sources and two mirrored HDMI video displays.
Allowing users to match any source to their display's resolution, the AT-HD-V12x2 and AT-HD-V16x2 support resolutions from 480i through 1080p, 640x480 through 1920x1200, and all seven available 3D formats. With dual mirrored HDMI outputs, the switchers allow users to send video easily to two different displays, or a display and an audio/video receiver, simultaneously, reducing the amount of equipment required for presentations.
The AT-HD-V12x2 and AT-HD-V16x2 support multichannel digital audio pass-through up to Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD master audio, in addition to 24/30/36/48-bit color depth displays. HDCP and EDID compliant, the units support a wide range of devices and offer the convenience of front panel, IR, and RS-232 control options to meet the needs of any application. To simplify installations, the AT-HD-V12x2 and AT-HD-V16x2's re-clocking technology allows inputs and outputs to span 50 feet per port without extenders, providing an additional 17 feet beyond the HDMI.org certified length with no signal loss.
The Atlona Industrial line is designed to satisfy the unique requirements of government, education, broadcast, healthcare, and other high-sensitivity applications by bridging the gap between A/V and IT.
The AT-HD-V12x2 and AT-HD-V16x2 are now available at MSRPs of $749.99 and $999.99, respectively.
