Winners announced for ESX's first Maximum Impact Awards.
The Electronic Security Expo (ESX), which is in just its second year, grew more than 25 percent from its inaugural show.
There were 148 exhibitors, 50,000 square feet of space and more than 2,100 industry professionals in attendance recently in Baltimore, Md.
Talk about bucking the trend.
One of the main draws of the show was the Maximum Impact Awards (Mia). The first-year program recognizes "excellence in both new and recently introduced products and services based on their ability to positively impact the business of integration and monitoring companies."
There are a total of 17 different winners from nearly 30 entrants.
